This is principal Kinsey and here are your weekly updates.
Old man winter has shown up in the Fall. With that, subzero temperatures are inevitable. Please make sure that your child is bundled up thoroughly. Please plan ahead for arrival, recess, and after school pickup. Arrival procedures begin at 8:20, so please make sure your child is not dropped off before then. When the feel outside falls below 15 degrees we will have indoor recess. Unless your child is a walker, they will be kept inside the building until you arrive to pick them up. Let’s keep our children comfortable and warm as we push through the season.
Report cards went home last Friday, November 8th. If you did not receive your child’s report card, please contact your child’s teacher.
This Friday, November 15th Gleaners will be at Jefferson from 1 to 3 p.m. This week we have chicken leg quarters, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, and several other items. Gleaners is free to our families and community, so please stop by.
