As we approach the final couple of weeks there are a few important dates for you to be aware of so you can put it on your calendar.
On Tuesday, June 8th, from 3 to 5 p.m., we will have our final book drop off for grades 2-5. All drop offs will take place in our back parking lot off of Westfield. Please see the flyer in your email and on your Dojo for the list of titles. If you have other books that were not turned in prior, you may drop them off at this time as well. Please make sure that all books given to you during the distributions are returned, so that we have them for the upcoming school year. All books not returned are subject to fines.
On Friday, June 11th, we will have our Chromebook collection. Each grade has a specific time for drop off, so please pay close attention to the flyer you receive in your email and Dojo. Families with children in multiple grades may drop off devices at the same time. Please remember to return the power adapter as well. Grades K-2 also received headphones that must be returned. Headphones should be labeled with your child’s name and returned in a gallon sized Ziploc bag or grocery bag if you do not have one.
This Wednesday, June 2nd a few Jefferson team members will be outside from 2:30 to 3:00 cleaning up around our school and planting flowers. If this is something you and your child are interested in, please join us.
